Taxonomy
Ancestors and Descendants
Ancestor: Jappispin
Descendants: Spanger Herbapill Ricapill Abomapill

In the aftermath of the volcanic eruption, this descendant of the Jappispin migrated entirely to land, expanding its lungs and losing its dependence on regular immersion in water. In this new landscape, it has developed three adaptations. The first is the growth of large amounts of hair on its body to protect from the coldness caused by the climate change, the second is the grey colour of this fur to camouflage against the large amounts of soot in the environment and the third is the splitting of its legs into 3 distinct digits, thus allowing it to get a better hold on rocks and plants.
