Taxonomy
Ancestors and Descendants
Ancestor: Shlosite
Descendants: Caltuck Tuckworm

Descended from the Shlosite. In the extinction event, the availability of prey species decreased, and increased pressure from the much more efficient toothsite drove them to find a new niche. Now they are sea floor scavengers, using their repurposed suction cup as a muscular foot to pull themselves along the seafloor. Their straw like organs have become sharp edged vacuums, sucking up or hacking apart any edibles they come across. They are about a centimeter to a centimeter and a half in length.
