Creator: ZoologicalBotanist

Habitat: Datura Tropical Sea

Size: .7 Meters Tall

Diet: Photosynthesis

Reproduction: Budding

Descended from the Shellsneak, the Shelleaf is similar, but it has a few changes, especially in appearance and reproduction. The Shelleaf's orange leaves have become larger, giving them more surface area for photosynthesis. Two of the leaves are smaller and unable to retract into the plants shell. When a predator approaches, the Shelleaf will draw all of its leaves into its shell, leaving the smaller two exposed. As the predator tries to bite the leaves, they detach from the parent plant, revealing a beginning root system at the base of each leaf. The new plants are extremely sticky, and usually escape the predator's attempts to eat them, instead sticking to its head or body. After about a day, the leaves drop off, and with a little luck, develop into a new Shelleaf.
