Diet: Herbivore (Chaostower, Umbrellapralm, Nonotower)
Reproduction: Sexual, Eggs, Super Fast Breeder
The Scuttarbor split from its ancestor and has taken to the trees. Their legs' third segments have been modified into sharp, talon-like claws that dig into the trunks of the rainforest's trees, allowing them to scale vertical surfaces to a certain degree. Their bodies aren't as bulky as their ancestors in order to minimize weight. However while they are rather adept at climbing, they are prone to slipping, causing them to fall to their deaths. However, they rarely scale the trunks of these trees, as they primarily live in the uppermost canopy, feeding on the almost endless quantities of plant matter. Their exoskeleton has turned orange to help them blend in with the discs and leaves of the trees they live among. Because they are often eaten by hylamios and occasionally fall to their deaths, they breed rapidly. They lay their eggs in pits gouged out of nonotower and chaostower discs by other feeding scuttarbors. These eggs are orange, as to keep anything from finding and eating them.
