Habitat: North Temperate Abacaba Ocean (Sunlight Zone)
Size: .5 Meters
Diet: Filter-Feeding, Detritivore
Reproduction: Asexual (Budding), Sexual (Eggs and Sperm are spread into the water)
The Rejerfintrus has longer tentacles the its ancestor, allowing it to consume more food. It has also developed fins on the sides of its bulb. These fins allow it to control its movement in the water. It is not able to move very fast, but it can change directions without the help of the currents. Rejerfintrus are prey to many species, so they have developed a new way to protect themselves from predators. They have developed the ability to detach the "head" and the "neck" from the main body. The hope is that a predator is distracted by the detached portions, allowing the bulb to escape and regrow the lost parts.
