While most Reaserteethus stayed in the North Datura Temperate Coast, gradually a population of them appeared in the North Datura-Aladreeladon Polar Coast. Evolving other the course of two epochs, the Reaserteethus eventually became adapted to the colder enviroments of the Polar Coast and became Furteethus. By far the biggest external different probably is the row of short but dense filamentous covering spread throughout a decent chunk of the center of the organism. These filamentous coverings resemble Mammalian hairs and help regulate its body temperature. Also for this purpose is that Furteethus is much thicker and longer then its ancestor, likely because of the phenomenon of Gigantothermy. Because of its much larger size, it is much less active yet eats much more then its ancestor. It will eat just about anything that gets into its mouth to sustain its large body size. It will lay up to 10-20 eggs during a mating season as a countermeasure to the fact that many Furteethus die before becoming sexually mature, from starvation to hungry Polar Torpjets.
