Taxonomy
Ancestors and Descendants
Ancestor: Vacuum
Descendants: Hagleg

With many of their relatives dead, the vacuums have taken on many of the attributes of their relative, the now extinct Hagworm, developing a mucus coat, and venom, to help digest food better. In addition, they now reach around 3.4 centimeters long. However, unlike the hagworm, bones have begun to develop in the frontal regions of their fins, which can allow them to prop themselves up on the sea floor, or even in some cases, on land, for brief periods of time, to chase after animals such as Swash-Slugs. In this lineage of the Shloworms, this might lead to the development of more and more complex limbs. Thus, the False-Hagworms were born.
