Taxonomy
Ancestors and Descendants
Ancestor: Visojawus
Descendants: Cetichasos Chasobenthus

Some Visojawus have evolved two large stiff spikes on their underside. These function as stabilizers while moving at high speed, along with defensive structures, their tips being sharp. It is more useful while young, as while fully grown they are huge compared to most organisms. Their jaws have evolved a curved and stiff but semiflexible chord to hold their shape, and muscles attach to their spikes to allow for extremely rapid and powerful opening and closing of the mouth. They have however sacrificed some of their vision, having a blind spot directly beneath them, which is mostly protected by the spikes. They are now 14 through 17 cm in length.
